They arent adding Cpanel because when I asked a friend they said that the site is open for them. (The site is a game.) If you havent gone to it tell me what the site does for you.

it means that the website is switching to cPanel, which is the best webhosting OS. Give them time, it will be back up soon

They must have installed cpanel on th web server or they have transfered hosting with a cpanel installed. Yes give them time the site is not yet up and don’t worry there is no malware in your computer, i use cpanel on my webservers myself.
