You get a confirmation email, and everything is done with a click. It has support for yourdomain.com (which must be already registered). The thing is, that when you change the domain DNS, it can take up to 2 or 3 days to be ready, but that’s not a problem by the host. Every domain change must wait at least 48 hours to be ready worldwide.
